Our store is open 365 days a year from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
How do I use a locker?
Follow the instructions on the homepage or watch the tutorial video.
How do I collect my luggage?
Simply enter the PIN you set on the screen during purchase. If there is an additional amount due, the system will automatically calculate it and prompt you to pay before unlocking the locker.
If I'm unable to retrieve my luggage on time?
If you need to retrieve your luggage after your booking time, the system will ask you to pay for the extra hours of use.
If you arrive after closing time, you'll have to wait until the next day to collect your luggage!
If I have a problem during the rental?
If you experience any issues while storing or retrieving your luggage, you can contact us at the number displayed on the totem, also via WhatsApp or Telegram.
I left something inside my locker, can I open it?
You can open your locker as many times as you want within the first 30 minutes. After that, a new booking will be required.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payments made with Visa, Mastercard, American express as well as the Maestro circuit.
Will my luggage be safe?
Definitely! Our facility is under 24-hour video surveillance.
