What are your business hours?

Our store is open 365 days a year from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
If you need to collect your luggage after 11:00 PM you can access the luggage storage with the pin code you received in the email upon booking.

How do I rent a locker?

You can quickly and easily book a locker in our store by using the touchscreen. Simply select the details of your reservation, pay using your credit card, and receive a confirmation email and text message with your locker code within 10 minutes.
Make sure to keep your locker code safe as you will need it to retrieve your luggage later.

How do I collect my luggage?

Once you make your reservation, you will receive a 6-digit locker code via email and text message.
Keep this code safe and use it to unlock your locker and retrieve your luggage by entering it on the touchscreen.

If I'm unable to retrieve my luggage on time?

If you are delayed and end up collecting your bags later than your reservation time, the system will prompt you to make an additional payment for the extra hours of use. You can quickly and easily pay the difference using your credit card and collect your luggage.

If I have a problem during the rental?

In case you encounter any difficulties during the deposit or retrieval of your bags, our VoIP phone are available in our store to contact us. However, if for any unforeseen reason the VoIP phone is not functioning correctly, please do not hesitate to contact us at +393392482929

I left something inside my locker, can I open it?

Certainly! You may access your locker without any interruption to your reservation after you have stored your luggage. You can do so up to 30 minutes prior to the end of your reservation.

What payment methods are available?

We accept payments made with Visa, Mastercard, American express as well as the Maestro circuit.

Will my luggage be safe?

Definitely! Our facility is under 24-hour video surveillance.
